Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • 5+ years HR experience
  • Experience with HRIS and employee data management systems

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with organizational objectives
  • Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development
  • Advise management on HR trends, legal requirements, and best practices
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
  • Collaborate with managers on succession planning and career development
  • Oversee compensation structures and benefits programs
  • Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Maintain HR records and reporting requirements
  • Lead audits, policy updates, and regulatory training as needed
